Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates, we strive for perfection in every delivery; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day replacement or refund guarantee. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed confectionery products.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach high-quality photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect chocolate items to help us verify the claim with our couriers.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement within 48 hours.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of chocolates to your door or process a full refund to your original payment method.
